Hard work referring to maintaining your physical appearance and with that too. people should know that this is a competitive industry that will need you to have a tough back bone that's able to face rejection and criticism. Dedication meaning you should always push and give it your all even on the most quiet days, yes it gets silent and It does need you to be patient.
