Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all participants attending the TV Commercial Workshop hosted by AURA Models.
1. Workshop Purpose
The workshop is designed to provide training, guidance, and industry insight into commercial acting and casting processes. Participation is for educational purposes only.
2. No Guarantee of Representation
Attendance at the workshop does not guarantee signing, representation, or employment with AURA Models or any associated partners, clients, or production companies.
AURA Models may choose to consider participants for future opportunities; however, this decision is made solely at the agency’s discretion.
3. Selection and Evaluation
Participants may be observed and evaluated during the workshop for development purposes. Any feedback provided is professional opinion intended to assist growth within the industry.
4. Payments
• Workshop fees must be paid in full to secure a spot.
• Payments are non-refundable unless the workshop is cancelled by AURA Models.
• Bookings are non-transferable unless approved by AURA Models.
5. Late Arrival
Participants are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be allowed to join certain segments of the workshop to avoid disruption.
6. Photography and Filming
During the workshop, photos or video recordings may be taken for training, educational, or promotional purposes by AURA Models.
By attending the workshop, participants grant permission for such content to be used on websites, social media, or marketing materials unless written notice is provided before the workshop begins.
7. Professional Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully towards trainers and other attendees.
AURA Models reserves the right to remove any participant engaging in disruptive or inappropriate behavior without refund.
8. Personal Responsibility
Participants attend the workshop at their own risk. AURA Models is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the workshop.
9. Intellectual Property
All workshop materials, training methods, and content remain the intellectual property of AURA Models and may not be copied, recorded, distributed, or resold without written permission.
10. Changes to Workshop
AURA Models reserves the right to:
• Modify the workshop schedule
• Change instructors if necessary
• Adjust training content to improve learning outcomes.
