From groundbreaking New Talent Search debuts to high-profile showcases for top designers like Gert Johan Coetzee, The Bam Collective and Naked Ape, our models brought magnetism, elegance, and undeniable star power to the season’s most anticipated shows.
Leia Harris wowed the crowd, walking for the SAFW New Talent Search designers: Ecstatic, James Presents, My Roots, Ngano Design Africa (winner of the SAFW New Talent Search), and Tadi Wa Nashe, as well as the accomplished Colleen Eitzen.
Mogaladi Leso strutted for fashion heavyweights Gert-Johan Coetzee, Sixx6, The Bam Collective, E_Mania and Sun Goddess.
Kundai Madhandara turned heads for Gert-Johan Coetzee — women were literally sighing — and also impressed on the runways for Naked Ape and Tiger Blue.
Gaia Fernandez graced the runway for Gert-Johan Coetzee, Rubicon, Cape Town’s iconic Helon Melon, Thabo Makhetha, Oyama Goningtebe and newcomer Victori.
Josh Gradwell made his SAFW debut walking for Cape Town-based Tiger Blue.
Emily Francis had her first SAFW experience with none other than the veteran Shaldon Kopman from Naked Ape, while Shalom Musvosvi also made her SAFW debut, walking for Helon Melon.
